Material: stainless steel and nano-coated mold steel
- One-piece shaft design ensures better concentricity of gears, reduces eccentric rotation of gears due to assembly, and ensures more uniform transmission of filaments by gears
- CNC hollow stainless steel gears, reduction gear design, high transmission ratio, greater extrusion torque, and more wear-resistant
- The driven gear uses double ball bearings instead of the original needle bearings, with smaller gaps and higher precision
- High-strength mold steel is selected as the material for the feeding gear, and nano-coating is used for surface treatment. The overall Rockwell hardness HRC value of the gear reaches 62-65; the surface hardness HV value reaches 1000-1200, which greatly ensures the strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the gear.
- The meshing is straight teeth.
- Lightweight design, hollowing out the excess material of the gear while ensuring the strength of the gear itself, reducing the weight of the gear.
